A quieter scale
Low-rise by design.
The community is planned with a two-storey maximum. This avoids dense urban scale, allowing the olive landscape, open sky and western Amman views to remain the defining character.
The place
Planned around the land, not over it.
Bader Heights begins with the natural contours of its site. Roads, plots and shared spaces are considered as one composition, preserving openness and giving the western outlook room to breathe.
